                                      WELCOME TO Oregon City Ultimate Flag Football

Registration is OPEN for SPRING 2023. The Spring season runs from April through May, with games taking place on Saturday Afternoons.

                                                                                             General League Format

 

  • NFL flag reversible jersey
  • NFL Flag belt 
  • End of season participation gift given to all players
  • Head Coach receives an NFL Flag game ball
  • 5 Regular Season games
  • Last two weeks is a single elimination Championship
  • 5 on 5 format
  • Equal playing time.
  • One practice held a week (1-1.5 long)
  • NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by "friend" or "coach" request. Single players will be placed on teams.
  • ALL coaches are volunteer parents
  • Championship gifts are awarded to the Champions of the grade division
